Neurorehab Clinic
The Neurorehab Clinic at Baylor University offers treatment for individuals exhibiting speech and language impairments which interfere with communication. Treatment is provided in individual and/or group settings by graduate clinicians. Each client is assigned an individual clinician who designs treatment for the clients specific needs.
The Neurorehab Clinic is comprised of neurologically impaired adults of all ages with varying degrees of impairment. These impairments may include stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, brain tumors, and others. The communication disorders treated include aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, dysphagia, voice, cognitive/memory deficits, and concussion management.
