Leveling Track
A student who has been accepted into Baylor's online speech-language pathology graduate program but does not have an undergraduate CSD degree or courses within the last five years is considered a graduate student with leveling status. These students are required to complete specific courses for state licensure and professional certification. Any of these courses, or their equivalency from another university, that are missing from a student’s transcript will need to be completed prior to beginning graduate level coursework. Course descriptions, syllabi, and other materials may be required to demonstrate that a given course fulfills the requirement. These courses will be offered by the graduate program as credit/no credit and will not be included in the graduate transcript GPA. A grade of 80 (B) will be needed for credit or the class will need to be repeated. After completing the required hours, the student will begin the graduate coursework.
