Clinical Assistant Professor Assistant Clinical Director
D’Anna Nowack is Clinical Assistant Professor and Assistant Clinical Director in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders online program. Dr. Nowack completed her Doctorate of Speech Language Pathology at Nova Southeastern University.
Prior to her time at Baylor, she spent 24 years as a full-time clinician in the medical setting include acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. During these years, she gained extensive experience in dysphagia and cognitive communication disorders, served as a clinical educator in the medical setting for graduate level students and clinical fellows, and served as team lead for of a traumatic brain injury inpatient rehabilitation unit.
