Tuition & Financial Aid

Tuition for the 2024-2025 academic year for Baylor’s online Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders is $2,000 per credit for all graduate and leveling coursework.  

The online CSD graduate program is 45 graduate course credits with an additional 18 undergraduate course credits for students who enter under the “Leveling” plan of study and need undergraduate coursework before starting the graduate program.  

Note that cost per credit is subject to change each school year.

Students can also expect to pay additional fees, including a $250 deposit fee and $100 technology fee. Additional fees may also apply for outside program applications such as Calipso, Master Clinician, Simucase, SALT, Castlebranch, Complio. Other costs might include background checks, fingerprinting, immunizations, and other medical clearance item requirements.  

Scholarships

Prospective Students

Baylor’s online CSD program offers a select number of scholarships to high achieving applicants. Consideration for these awards will be determined by the student’s admissions application and will be communicated after a student is accepted into the program.

Admitted and Current Students

Students who have been admitted to the online Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders program are encouraged to explore scholarship opportunities through Scholarship Universe at baylor.scholarshipuniverse.com.

Scholarship Universe includes several internal and external scholarship opportunities specifically designed for students pursuing education in Communication Sciences and Disorders professions. Application acceptance and closing dates are provided within Scholarship Universe.

Financial Aid 

To be considered for federal, state, and Baylor need-based financial aid including loans, grants, and need-based Baylor scholarships, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). There is no fee to complete the FAFSA. If at all possible, use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) to access your most recent income tax return(s).   

Baylor's school code is 003545. Baylor normally receives results of the FAFSA within two to three business days.
