Public Meeting Announcement: MS in Speech-Language Pathology Site Visit

The Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program in Baylor University's Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences is affirming accreditation with the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). 

As part of the site visit, a public meeting will be held Tuesday, May 2, from 3:15pm to 3:45pm in Room 101, Cashion Academic Center, 1401 S. 4th St, Waco, Texas 76706. This meeting is open to Baylor faculty, administrators, students, and clients, as well as community professionals and the general public.

Programs scheduled for site visits are responsible for soliciting public comment from students and consumers by holding a public meeting during the scheduled site visit.

All persons interested in making public comment about the programs are welcome to attend the meeting. A copy of the Standards for Accreditation and/or the CAA’s policy on Public Comments may be obtained by contacting the Accreditation Office at ASHA, 2200 Research Boulevard, #310, Rockville, Maryland 20850, calling ASHA’s Action Center at 1-800-498-2071, or accessing the documents online at: caa.asha.org

Written comments must include the commenters’ name, address, phone number and relationship to the program. All comments must be signed. The comments will not be given directly to the school/program, and the commenter’s identity will not be revealed to the school/program.
