Lori Wrzesinski
Senior Lecturer Director of American Sign Language

Lori Wrzesinski serves as Senior Lecturer and Director of the American Sign Language (ASL) program. Professor Wrzesinski completed her MS from Baylor University. She is a certified interpreter at the state and national level. She earned a 4+ rating on the American Sign Language Proficiency exam.
Professor Wrzesinski practiced as an interpreter in numerous environments, such as community work, VRS, VRI, and educational. Lori joined Baylor’s faculty in 1993 and has been instrumental in establishing ASL courses, a major in Deaf education, and a minor in ASL. She is a current certified member of RID. In addition, she serves as an evaluator for candidates seeking interpreting certification in the state of Texas.
