Janet Sanker, CCC-SLP
Clinical Associate Professor
Janet Sanker serves as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Professor Sanker supervises graduate students within the Mary Jo Robbins Clinic for Autism Research and Practice and oversees the Social Language Lab. Professor Sanker completed her Bachelor of Science in Communication Science and Disorders through Saint Louis University in 1999 and Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology at Indiana University in 2001. Her professional experience includes working within the public school setting in St. Louis, MO and private pediatric setting in Waco, TX prior to joining the faculty at Baylor in 2017. Since 2019, Professor Sanker has been actively involved in Missions and Study Abroad as related to the field of Speech-Language Pathology and has traveled to both Kenya and Rwanda for research and discipline specific service learning.
